The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) has committed in its Strategic Plan for the years 2011-2015 to engage in innovative learning and cooperation activities, both on a European and International level.
Following the success of last year’s event, held in the OHIM premises in July 2013 and in the context of collaborating with the EPO, the OHIM together with the EPO will organise an “IP Executive Week” open to participants at a management level from EU and non-EU National Offices.
The “IP Executive Week” will take place at the EPO premises in Munich, Germany, from 7 to 11 July 2014. It consists of a one-week Seminar generally focused on the role of IP Offices in developing the global economy. Two days will be dedicated to the EPO, two days to the OHIM, followed by a visit to a German company on the fifth day. The lectures will be offered to the participants by experts from the EPO, OHIM and WIPO as well as external contributors.
